Orders and Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–18 business days after shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

You can create an account during checkout or by visiting the My Account page on our website. Simply enter your email address and create a password to get started.

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your shipping address. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. If you have not received your tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

No. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required by law. Depending on your destination, additional customs duties or import taxes may also apply.

We ship to many countries worldwide. You can see available shipping destinations during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will let you know if shipping can be arranged.

Whenever possible, we ship items together in one package. However, if your order contains multiple items or is shipped from different warehouses, it may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are sorry about that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus a photo of the item you received. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please do not send your return until it has been authorized by our support team. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to correct it. If it has already been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has been processed or shipped.
